What is Save a Life Day?
NEW: You can now sign up as a County Organizer for Save a Life Day 2026 (Sept. 24th) here.
On Sep 25th, 2025, all 50 states participated in the first fully national day of free naloxone. Folks hosted 1,044 events and all together distributed 132,959 naloxone doses. Check out over 1,500 photos here.
“Save a Life Day” started with a two county WV pilot in 2020, and it’s grown bigger and bigger every year.
